As we are typically in session, email has proven to be an excellent means of communication with replies usually within 24 hours.  If you prefer the phone, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned as soon as possible. 

We are accepting new patients but the wait may be up to three weeks.  Please include the reasons for seeking therapy as well as any insurance and authorization information. 

Also, let us know days and times of availability, if you would like to be contacted should we have any earlier cancellations that might suit your schedule.

Please include your insurance information: Name of insured and birth date, deductible (and if met), co-pays for parity and non-parity and authorization number (if required), period and number of sessions.
