What is Super Brain Yoga? 

 

Superbrain yoga is really a gift to optimize brain wellness, based on the principles of subtle energy and ear lobe pressure points. It is designed to energize and recharge the brain. Superbrain Yoga combines movement and breath with specific hand placements and leg movements to move the energy within the body system. It activates. cleans and increases the brain functioning for academic and personal growth.

 

There are said to be more possible connections in the human brain than the number of atoms in the entire universe! But to make the most of one’s brain, it needs to be exercised and nurtured like every other part of the human system. Synapses — points of brain connections— have to be created and conserved for the brain to stay alert and healthy throughout adulthood.

 

The physical body is a very complicated, subtle electronic equipment. When a proper energy wiring connection is made, it produces the right results. SuperBrain Yoga techniques will causes the left brain and pituitary gland to become energized and activated. This is a necessary energy connection, which will also cause the right brain and pineal gland to become energized and activated.  The left and right brain will then be energized and activated. The correct arm position is important for vitalizing and activating the brain. Superbrain Yoga internally transforms the energies from the lower energy centers into higher, subtler energies. These energies are then utilized by the upper energy centers.
