Outdoor Fitness Camp
Fit Life 1’s Outdoor Fitness Camp is designed to give anyone a phenomenal full-body workout in just 1-hour. Classes combine strength training, cardiovascular work, core, balance and stabilization and flexibility training all into one workout, changing every time.
In class we jump rope, run short distances, climb stairs, run agility drills with cones, ladders and rings, do calisthenics and plyometrics, resistance train with bodyweight and dumbbells, some light kickboxing and we guide you in proper nutrition. Every class is different and we are always coming up with new ways to make your workouts fun and exciting.

Our classes are designed to get participants fit really quick and because prolonged, continuous exercise can cause the brain to secrete a chemical called Endorphins, participants sometimes have a decreased feeling of pain, anxiety and depression and an increased feeling of euphoria. Exercise has also been shown to enhance the immune response.
This style of training has seen people get extremely fit in a very short amount of time granted the participant engaged in the classes at least 3 times per week. Initially, expect to be sore and feel more tired than normal as your body acclimates to the new stresses put upon it. Our bodies are amazing and quickly adapt.
